Brief refund policy
Most of our projects start with 50% up-front charges. 25% at the midlevel of the project and 25% after the completion of the project.
If you have paid the 50% of the payment and signed the contract with us for the project and have some reasonable issues consider the refund. There are a few ways that can be followed.
- Within 2 days of signing the contract, you will get 80% of the refund.
- After 5 days of signing the contract, we will analyze the work and expenses we have made and will decide on the refund accordingly.
Our team is working its best to provide a more detailed refund policy that works best for both the company and the customer. For time being this is our refund criteria.
